Mentally, emotionally, spiritually
Is the same, is just as vital to dynamically living
As standing, walking and running needs the balancing, physically

For without the balancing
Physical activity would be wavering, constantly
Which is the same reason why forgetting Love as One's Being
Brings about instability and confusion instead of living from naturalness, harmoniously

So too does all that you do first start within "Me"
Which, with words failing to adequately describe, Is the same thing as saying "You"
Since all there is Is the all-inclusive, nakedness of immeasurable Truth

So if down a little or a lot, be even more than consoled
For whatever be the perceived separation or fragmentation, You Are completely worthy and Whole

The Deep, Expansive Sea

In a dualistic world there's bound to be opposing sides
Yet getting all wound up only disproportionately divides
Instead of looking at it all from a perspective on high, that sees more evenly and wide



As such, from love, is life felt as the deep, expansive sea and not just whatever be the tide
