Personal affronts may seem so initially
Yet to keep this up only signifies living life superficially

For the deeper we go
The more fully and completely we know

That we attract what comes to us
And can live greater, differently, by not making such a continual fuss

Over what was
If life is Now, since We Are Love

For would Love solve a situation proactively
Or stew, mull and wallow in its own muck, reactively?

So personal affronts are more the chance to greater see
To deeper breathe, so we can more consciously, lovingly and powerfully Be

The external is a perfect mirror
For who we feel we are within

For example, are we a victim
Of circumstance, or

Playing our part
In this grand play about opening our heart?

For verily
Everything and everyone teach equally

Regardless of judgment placed
If life is to be truly understood and embraced
