For Light
Unpretentious in Its forever desire to shine Love's bright
Designed a way, wished for a place and a time that Its luminous sublime
Could somehow, for a mere moment in eternity's time
Not seem to be Its ever and ever Self
That seemingly could not always be Held and might even imagine Itself as felled
And why, for what reason would Light choose this way?
To experience the shade unto even the darkest of nights and then, in middle of all this, to recall One's All as the Light of Day
